Alzheimer's education, research and resources
Supporting our clients and communities in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.
While we’re in the business of protecting relationships and finances, Alzheimer’s disease devastates them. That’s why we support the Alzheimer’s Association and its mission to eliminate this disease. In addition to being a National Presenting Sponsor of the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s, we support research, education and other resources to end this terrible disease.
Edward Jones Alzheimer’s research fund
This fund supports the Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network (DIAN and DAIN TU) studies at Washington University in St. Louis. These studies are focused on increasing effective, safe and efficient clinical trials to improve the scientific understanding of inherited Alzheimer’s disease.
The Alzheimer's Association 24/7 helpline
The Alzheimer’s Association 24/7 Helpline, supported in part by Edward Jones, serves anyone affected by this disease – from family, friends and caregivers to the general public. You can call toll-free day or night at 844-440-6600. This 24/7 Helpline is staffed by knowledgeable Alzheimer’s Association professionals and aids people with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
Know the 10 warning signs
In collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association, Edward Jones introduced multiple education strategies to improve early detection and support the fight to prevent, treat and cure Alzheimer’s. In one course, 10 warning signs of Alzheimer’s, you’ll learn about common warning signs of Alzheimer’s and what symptoms to look for in yourself and others, as well as tips to approach someone who is experiencing changes in their memory, the benefits of early detection and diagnosis, and more.
