

For 2020, July 15 was the big deadline during tax season, but some of the other deadlines worth noting are set forth below. This tax calendar can help you be aware of some of the approaching deadlines.
* The IRS postponed from April 15, 2020, until July 15, 2020, the deadline for all taxpayers to file a 2019 Federal income tax return and to pay 2019 Federal income tax due. The deadline to make traditional and Roth IRA contributions was also extended to July 15, 2020. The deadline for brokerage firms to furnish Form 5498 was extended to Aug. 31, 2020.
