Accounts 

Viewing additional information about accounts

To view additional account information, including performance, holdings and activity:

  1. Select "Accounts," which is either at the top of the screen or under the menu (three horizontal lines) to the left of the Edward Jones logo.
  2. Select an Edward Jones account to view more information.
  3. Contact your financial advisor if you have questions.

Connecting outside accounts

  • To connect outside accounts, go to "Accounts," which is either at the top of your screen or under the menu (three horizontal lines) to the left of the Edward Jones logo.
  • Then click the "Connect Account" button and follow the onscreen steps.

Can I import my account information into Quicken®?

Can I download my tax information? Learn more about how to download into the Quicken® software. You can also import your 1099 tax information into TurboTax® or H&R Block At Home.™ Learn more about importing your Edward Jones tax data.

Can I download my account information into Excel®?

To download account information into Excel® or a comma-separated value (CSV) format, select the download icon at the top right corner of the Holdings or Activity pages for each account."

Goals

I don’t see my goals.

A variety of factors determine whether goals are visible online. Please contact your Edward Jones office to learn more.

Where do I find my goals, such as retirement or education?

Select "Goals," which is either at the top of your screen or under the menu (three horizontal lines) to the left of the Edward Jones logo, to view your goals.

How do I view the details of my goals?

  • If you have a goal set up, you can view it by selecting "Goals," which is either at the top of your screen or under the menu (three horizontal lines) to the left of the Edward Jones logo.
  • Then select the box of the goal you want to view to see more details.
  • If you have questions about your goals, contact your financial advisor.

How do I add goals?

To add a goal, or if you have questions about your goals, contact your financial advisor.

Documents and communications

How can I request paper copies of documents?

  1. Click "More" at the top of the page.
  2. Click "Document Options."
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to request paper copies of documents we e-deliver.

Where do I find my documents to sign?

  • Select "Documents," which is either at the top of your screen or under the menu (three horizontal lines) to the left of the Edward Jones logo.
  • Documents ready for e-signature will be listed at the top of the screen. Select "Sign Document" to get started.

Why do I receive paper communications when I’ve elected to receive all documents electronically (100% green)?

While we try to provide as many documents as possible electronically, we must send some documents by U.S. mail. This includes certain regulatory notices and communications designed to protect the security of your account.

Need help finding something?

Messages to and from your Edward Jones office

  • You can access your messages, used to securely communicate with your Edward Jones office, in the "My Team" section.
  • You’ll find "My Team" either at the top of the screen or under the menu (three horizontal lines) to the left of the Edward Jones logo.

Documents (statements, tax forms, trade confirmations, etc.)

Select "Documents," which is either at the top of your screen or under the menu (three horizontal lines) to the left of the Edward Jones logo.

Updating address, phone number or other personal information

Click "More" at the top of your screen and select "Settings" in the dropdown list.

Bill payment

  • Select "Accounts," which is either at the top of your screen or under the menu (three horizontal lines) to the left of the Edward Jones logo at the top of your screen.
  • Then click the "Account Actions" dropdown and select the "Pay Bill" link.

Edward Jones credit card and Loyalty points® information

  • Select "Accounts," which is either at the top of your screen or under the menu (three horizontal lines) to the left of the Edward Jones logo.
  • Then go to "Personal Line of Credit" under the "Account Actions" dropdown to view your balance and other credit card information.
